Paladone is looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead global sourcing efforts across our Hard Goods category, supporting some of the world's most iconic brands.

The Role
Based in Kowloon, Hong Kong, the Sourcing Manager will lead supplier sourcing, cost negotiation, compliance assurance, and supply chain optimisation across multiple categories including lighting, ceramics, metal goods, housewares, toys, and gifts.
You'll work cross-functionally with product, QA, compliance, and logistics teams to source from best-in-class suppliers while ensuring quality, cost, and ethical standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of reliable suppliers across Asia (China, India, SE Asia)
- Lead cost negotiation on pricing, MOQs, and payment terms to deliver competitive advantage
- Ensure all suppliers meet global compliance standards (ISO, BSCI, SMETA, ICTI, etc.)
- Work with NPD and design teams to support new product development with cost-effective sourcing
- Conduct regular factory visits to build relationships, monitor performance, and assess compliance
- Optimise multi-country sourcing strategies to mitigate risk and improve supply chain efficiency
- Stay informed on industry trends, raw material costs, and geopolitical impacts on sourcing
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of global sourcing experience in Hard Goods
- (lighting, ceramics, metals, housewares, toys, and related categories)
- Strong Asia supplier network and experience building long-term factory partnerships
- Expert-level knowledge of compliance and technical audit standards for global customers
- Proven ability to negotiate costs and improve supplier performance
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience travelling extensively for sourcing, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international business
