Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, Pension Sales Development Support, you will provide comprehensive service support to core pension department, participate in department projects and coordinate between relevant parties.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client related documents and reports in timely basis
- Prepare project materials and presentation deck
- Carry out general administrative duties and provide support to RM team
- Perform any job-related duties and special projects as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Business administration or related disciplines
- 3 years of working experience, preferably in financial services industry
- Candidates with less experience will consider as senior officer/ officer
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Strong in preparing reports and Powerpoint
- Good writing skill in English and Chinese
- Strong in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
