Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the end-to-end lifecycle implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud, demonstrate a proven track record in system implementation, and have proficiency in Cantonese to effectively communicate with stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the upgrade process from Oracle Retail RWMS v13 to Oracle WMS Cloud.
Manage the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Provide functional expertise in warehouse management processes, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics optimization.
Conduct user training and support post-implementation activities to ensure system adoption and performance.
Identify and resolve functional issues, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams in Cantonese to ensure alignment and understanding.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in WMS Cloud end-to-end lifecycle system implementation.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes
Proficiency in English is a must.
Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Oracle knowledge is preferred, but not a must.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cloud-based solutions and integration with ERP systems.
Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics processes.
