Responsibilities:
- Support the quality control to our ice-cream mooncake production
- Assist in FSSC 22000 implementation
- Collect food samples and arrange laboratory testing
- Conduct environmental sampling, basic personal and food hygiene training
- Perform GMP checking
- Assist in calibration and data entry
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science or related discipline is highly preferrable
- Working experience in food industry will be an advantage
- Good communication skill, energetic & team player
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
What we offer:
- Contract from mid June to late September
- OT allowance & Contract End Bonus
- 6 days working from Monday to Saturday
- Statutory Holidays
