Role Overview Manage and coordinate Web3-related projects including blockchain integration, DeFi product development, and NFT trading functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Web3 project roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (tech, product, compliance, marketing)
- Manage blockchain technology integration projects (multi-chain, cross-chain, Layer 2)
- Lead DeFi product development (yield farming, lending, AMM)
- Oversee NFT trading platform and digital collectibles projects
- Ensure project compliance with SFC regulatory requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with external partners and blockchain projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years project management experience with 3+ years in Web3/blockchain
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi protocols
- Experience with smart contract development and audit processes
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
