Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
- Manage counter services, club house services, facilities operation, and coordinate activities
- Provide high quality customer services
- Provide administrative support to the management
- 5.5 days, 9 hours, on shift (07:00 - 22:30)
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
- Holder of QAS and Security Personnel Permit
- Minimum 2 years’ experiences in customer service, with clubhouse service knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills
- Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing
- ·Shift duty is required
- Immediate available is preferred
