商业渠道及供应链管理
- 每月完成相关商业指标(commercial sales) 的分配,检查完成情况,确保CS&OP 100%完成。
- 对于供应紧张产品按公司要求在保障患者需求的基础上协调供应。
- 协调无锡工厂发货及经销商购进和及时付款确保当地DSO年底
- 每月完成当地市场需求销售指标(demand sales)
- 对所负责的商业相关GDP问题及事宜的确认、沟通及跟踪,完成商业相关的GDP自我评估并及时提出补救及改善措施
- 维护与GDP相关的商业持续计划
- 确保合适的资源水平以适当的完成GDP相关工作
- 能配合公司建立并改进优先事项的机制
- 能及时识别相关政策走向,监控内部及外部规则的变更,并能及时上报潜在风险
- 与销售相关同事沟通协调所辖省份的商业资源,基层医院覆盖总体达成率〉100%
- 通过协调区域资源,在经销商及销售同事的配合下100%完成非TOP1500医院的进院指标。
- 在KA需要帮助时,协调经销商资源对TOP1500医院列名工作进行支持。
- 在总部策略指导下,赢得当地招标。通过协调经销商资源帮助以KA为主的公司“二次议价”团队,赢得相应地区或医院相关议价工作。
