We're looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager, Enterprise Sales Solutions to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be the face of Master Concept for key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction through strategic relationship management and solution selling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions with the help of our technical team
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, technical consultants) to deliver seamless client experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitors
- Prepare regular reports on account status and forecast sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Experience in IT solution selling, especially in cloud computing, system integration, or cybersecurity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
