Accounting & HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of accounting operations: handle full sets of accounts, monthly closing, and financial reporting
Supervise the operations of Finance Team, provide guidance and training to the team
Support Finance Committee and prepare meeting papers and minutes
Streamline the workflow to promote efficiency
Responsible for project accounts and audit
Perform financial budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and assist annual audit
Manage and execute HR function covering payroll, MPF, onboarding/offboarding, and tax filings
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Stay updated on Hong Kong labour laws, MPF regulations, and tax requirements
Support daily office operation and maintain insurance applications, renewals and claims
Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification highly preferred
Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Patient, detail-oriented, independent with a focus on accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Experience in accounting systems such as Sage 300 and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be an advantage
