Job Duties:
Responsible for handling stock report, data input and documentation
Follow up product delivery and distribution
Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams
Handle incoming telephone calls, courier and fax
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Provide full range of office administrative & warehouse support duties

跟進產品的日常送貨及分銷程序
協助處理倉務部及營銷部之日常行政及文書工作
處理來電、收發信件包裹和傳真
需支援辦公室日常行政工作
完成上司指派工作,及需外勤工作
Requirements:
Form 5 or above with good command of spoken English & Mandarin
2 years relevant experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
中五或香港中學文憑考試以上程度
具備2年或或以上工作經驗
能操流利廣東話,略懂英語、國語
熟悉電腦應用(包括Word及Excel)及中文輸入法
良好溝通能力及有責任感
