Administrative Support- Office filing
- Maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Replenish office supplies
- Outdoor work (bank, post office, sending or receiving documents)
- Assist sales or manager for the expenses (corporate cards, expenses and receipts)
- Support ad hoc duties
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, well-organized
- Basic computer skills and typing in both Chinese and English
