Responsibilities
Manage relationship with clients and understand their wealth management needs- Provide clients with professional wealth management solutions
- Provide clients with detailed information on various financial products
- Handle and follow up client enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure timely follow up on client calls and queries
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
Degree holder in Business, Financial Services, Economics or related disciplines- Minimum 2 years’ working experience, preferably in brokerage industry
- Holder of SFC Representative License of Type 1
- Proactive, patient and responsible
- Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and customer-oriented
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin speaking)
