Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Automation:
- Support the setup, user acceptance test, and monitoring of email and SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Assist in configuring automated customer journeys and workflows to ensure seamless communication flows
Technical Support & Scripting:
- Support the development of customized content using AMPscript as needed. HTML knowledge is advantageous
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, data science, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign alignment
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine digital assets and customer journeys
Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Maintain documentation of campaign workflows, data schemas, and reporting procedures
- Support in A/B testing and other optimization activities to improve campaign results and customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 1 years of experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Audience Manager).
- Basic knowledge of AMPscript, HTML and SQL scripting.
- Detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong organizational skills, eager to adopt new marketing technologies, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
