Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to drive corporate initiatives to ensure proper execution, and brand compliance and consistency
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing duties including promotion logistics, collateral production, partnerships, market research etc.
- Work closely with hotel teams to consolidate corporate initiatives
- Assist on marketing projects/events, from quotation, pre-event preparation, production schedule, documentation, and post- event reports
- Source and recommend potential service providers and monitor the progress to ensure the services are well delivered
- Assist in team administration, support on marketing projects and team operations
- Support on reporting, administration, purchase requests and invoices handling
- Coordinate and provide support on other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant industry
- A background in marketing communications or hotel experience is preferred
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and a desire to contribute to brand development
- Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
