Position Description
Assist Business Excellence Manager and Transformation Manager to facilitate, lead and communicate improvement activities in order to embed a continuous improvement culture within the business. What You'll Do
Assist Transformation Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate, lead and communicate improvement activities to embed a continuous improvement culture.
Use analysis and benchmarking techniques to identify and quantify the opportunities for improvement within the business.
Maintain regular communication / review with improvement teams to ensure improvements activities are being progressed and sustained.
Support the arrangement of accreditation ceremonies, regular briefings, and improvement activities.
Assist in monitoring the progress of improvement activities progress such as improvement communication, improvement project delivery and improvement training.
Assist to implement technology and digital solutions and their enhancements to achieve operational excellence.
Facilitate governance meetings, training, workshops, good practice visits, go-look-see and coaching sessions as required.
Assist in the preparation and update of relevant procedures, guidelines, standards and reports related to business improvement activities
Communicate with frontline staffs and departmental leaders through various communication channels to promote a positive attitude and active engagement in improvement activity to create value for business.
Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in implementing improvement projects.
No working experience is required for suitable candidate with a recognized Degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
A recognized Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines.
Sound analytical, problem solving, presentation, communication and project management skills.
Proactive, mature, approachable and results oriented.
Understanding and application of Lean and problem solving tools.
Proficiency in MS office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
