Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly intercompany cost charges for both legal entity reporting and management reporting purposes including invoicing and journal booking, supporting and reporting documentation preparations (internal or external) of the same
- Support annual AUP for specific entities for SLA charges
- Prepare monthly Transfer Pricing computation for legal entities globally
- Support tax functions relating to financial data gathering
- Support tax functions relating to reconciliation
- Support tax functions relating to reporting
- Liaise between Financial reporting and Tax on tax related matters
- Facilitate tax audits by retrieving and/or gathering financial data and liaise with legal entity controllers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance and accounting
- Big 4 background preferred
- Understanding on intercompany cost allocation for legal entity reporting and management reporting preferred
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines, independently and as well as a good team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills – both written and oral with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams
- Proficiency in use of computer systems including MS office; experience in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Alteryx, Smart BI and Python preferred
- Proficiency in English
