Responsibilities:
Handling of check in and check out procedures such as meet and greet, payment collection, luggage handling and rooming
To carry out daily, weekly and monthly operation reports; and overseeing of check in and out documents
In coordination with Team Leader, Housekeeping handling of room assignments for housekeepers and coordinating with sales
Ensure the stock level of all goodies, amenities, inventory and cleaning supplies are accurate and aligned with TMS/Product system
Assist supervisors to check room preparations prior to check in and on all administration works whenever necessary
Any other tasks as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma or higher preferable in hospitality management
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
3-5 years in customer service/ hospitality experience
