Responsibilities
Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information.
Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Knowledge of Oasis PMS System is preferred
