Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop various promotional projects and oversee the production and quality of promotional materials (e.g., videos, animations, social media content, and below-the-line materials).
Lead and execute digital marketing and social media strategies through integrated campaigns to raise brand awareness through different local digital channels in the UK, Europe, the US, and APAC markets.
Manage overseas exhibitions and trade shows, including liaising with external parties such as exhibitors, suppliers and preparing relevant marketing materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities and provide regular reports for management. Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance campaigns’ effectiveness.
Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to formulate marketing strategies for current and potential new markets.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, with relevant B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industry.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, support managerial functions, and drive operational excellence.
Fast-paced with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Familiarity with global market trends, particularly in the US and Europe, is an advantage.
