Responsibilities
- Drive performance tracking and optimization with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Spearhead the development and testing of new channels, ensuring innovative approaches to maximize growth potential.
- Lead marketing-driven product initiatives, crafting strategies to accelerate product adoption, website conversions and market impact.
- Oversee CRM automation and SEO efforts, enhancing customer engagement and online visibility with a proactive approach.
- Leverage data to inform high-impact decisions.
- Foster creative development, bringing fresh ideas to elevate brand campaigns, digital ads & customer experiences.
- Optimize affiliate programs, refining partnerships to boost performance and ROI.
- Expand KOL (Key Opinion Leader) networks, building strategic collaborations to amplify Syfe HK’s presence.
- Manage events/webinars, creating engaging experiences that drive conversions and brand awareness.
- Handle content development, ensuring seamless execution and compelling storytelling.
- Grow organic social media presence, crafting content to strengthen community engagement.
- Support admin tasks (invoices, etc.), maintaining operational efficiency to support the team’s success.
- You have a proven track record of driving successful growth initiatives in past roles, collaborating across multiple departments.
- You’ve owned performance marketing and know how to deliver results, whether through paid social, SEM, influencers, or affiliates.
- You’ve built or scaled brands in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to test bold ideas.
- You understand what great CRM and email strategies look like and how to leverage them to drive results.
- You’re energized by ownership: rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and building from scratch with a small, ambitious team.
- You have a passion for tech, finance, or fintech and want to make investing more accessible for Hong Kongers.
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ in performance or growth marketing.
- Proven experience with optimizing performance campaigns towards ROAS, ROI or related metrics.
- Worked in start-ups or scale-ups, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Highly hands-on yet eager to shape strategic direction with bold input.
- Exceptional English communication skills to drive clear, impactful collaboration.
- Fluency in Cantonese is great to have.
