Your role @ CHANEL
You will lead end-to-end payroll delivery and administration across a cluster of 2 to 3 APAC markets (including Australia and New Zealand), ensuring accurate and timely employee payments fortnightly/ monthly.
You will oversee payroll operations, manage vendor partnerships, and drive compliance with local regulations while optimizing systems integration (Workday HRMS, Time & Attendance, benefits, and finance platforms).
This role is pivotal in safeguarding payroll integrity within Chanel’s global framework.

What you will bring
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in end-to-end payroll management, including Workday HRMS, benefits integration, and APAC compliance (Australia: PAYG, Superannuation, FBT; New Zealand: PAYE, KiwiSaver, ACC).
- Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to manage vendors, SLAs/KPIs, and cross-functional projects (e.g., UAT planning, process documentation).
- Strategic Mindset: Skill in driving standardization, audit readiness, and continuous improvement within payroll operations.

- Experience: 8+ years in multi-market payroll management, preferably in luxury retail/FMCG, with fluency in English
