A renowned China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a sales-driven Assistant Relationship Manager , responsible for serving SME Clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities from both new and existing customers
Structure credit facilities/cross sell the Bank's services and products to meet customers' needs
Prepare credit proposals, review existing facilities, monitor customer's risk profile to achieve business targets and mitigate potential risks
Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships
Provide guidance and support to junior members
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in credit and marketing management experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial/SME Banking segment
Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyze and make sound judgments on complex financial information
Team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua, knowledge of Shanghainese is a plus
