Responsibilities:
Supervise a team to provide high quality counter services to customers in an efficient and effective manner
Process transactions relating to share registration and corporate matters in accordance with the internal operation procedures and policies
Deliver counter services and solutions by understanding customer needs and handle enquires and resolve problems/discrepancies
Maintain a professional demeanor and be knowledgeable about the business products and services
Support management in other tasks / ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder or above with at least 6 years relevant experience of which minimum 3 years of counter services experience
Good understanding of local securities markets
Strong service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills
Be rigorous in handling transactions and attention to detail
Fluent command in spoken Cantonese and English, with the ability to communicate in Putonghua an advantage
Self- motivated, able to work under pressure
Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Pleasant and helpful personality
