Scope of Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute effective brand & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives (financial and non-financial) for responsible brands in the Hong Kong and Macau Injectable Aesthetics markets.
- Accountable for the marketing budget to deliver brand performance, including market shares, consumer communication, and customer adaptation of the responsible brands.
- Work closely with the sales & educational team to ensure effective marketing executions to support customer and HCPs engagement and commercial operations.
- Monitor brand performance by capturing market insights and intelligence, conducting market share analysis and competitor analysis on a timely manner, and translating them into actionable items to facilitate business development.
- Formulate the marketing plan for the assigned brands and liaise with agencies to drive and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, social media, and influencer PR, to drive customer engagement.
- Keep track of marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) within the industry. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI and propose the next action plan.
- Develop POSM and sales kits and be responsible for ensuring successful implementation across channels.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, RA, and Regional/Global office for product launch and pipeline development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, or marketing-related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of solid marketing experience in the healthcare and aesthetic industry, with a focus on injectable aesthetics in Hong Kong and Macau, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong team player, able to work effectively and closely with internal and external stakeholders as partners.
- Effective time management and the ability to work independently.
