- Develop strong working relationships with local & overseas agents
- Plan and organize events, seminars and webinars to drive sales
- Coordinate and manage the sales process internally and externally to ensure sales are managed efficiently
- Achieve sales targets
- Handle enquiries and complaints with positive problem-solving skills
- Need to work on weekends occasionally
- Business travel may be required
- Diploma holder or above preferably in Property/Real Estates with minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (overseas real estate industry preferred, but not a must)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales channels and business partners
- Good negotiation skills, able to overcome objections and resolving conflicts during negotiations
- High degree of integrity and values reputation within the market
- Results-driven mindset with strong self-discipline
- Strategic thinker with ability to identify new business opportunities
- Skilled in preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals and presentations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
