The Job
- Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants of new projects for elderly persons.
- Administer tenancy issues and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses and relevant regulatory documents.
- Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repair and security, liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions.
The Person
- Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese with 5 years' experience in property management or Degree/Diploma Holders with minimum 3 year's relevant experience.
- Handover flats experiences or property management are preferred.
- Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
