Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operation in Customer Service Centre and update information from each household for tailor-make comprehensive services
Provide personalized concierge service and premium lifestyle experiences to residents

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/ Property Management will be an advantage
• At least 5 years working experience of hospitality field or jobs with similar nature and has at least 2 year of supervisory experience
• Holder of security personnel permit is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skill, pleasant and confident in dealing with public
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese a must
  

Work Location: Discovery Bay
