Responsibilities:
- Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
- Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
- Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
- Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
- Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, recent/fresh graduate is welcome with mid-back office administrative experiences
- Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
- Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
