Responsibilities:
Handle medical insurance claims ( Inpatient/ Hospitalization )
Assist in network provider and panel medical services support
Negotiate and communication with Insurance Company for claims cases
Answer claims inquiries and providing high quality service to our clients
Follow up and liaise with relevant parties
Provide quality customer services to our customers
Requirements:
University graduate
Qualified license of IIQE - Paper 1 & Paper 2
Experience at customer services/ insurance/ medical industry with 2 years or above
Experience in handling of medical pre-approval is an advantage
Excellent customer services skill experience; self-motivated and good team player
Be proactive and able to work independently
Good command of written and spoken English/ Mandarin
