This position is responsible for providing communications, event, and administrative support with a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment to the Asia Head of Communications. It also involves supporting coordination amongst the Communications Team in Asia. The role assists the Asia Head of Communications and the Asia Regional Communications team in managing high-priority deliverables, handling competing priorities, ensuring effective time management, and supporting event logistics and coordination.
Position Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Create engaging written content including articles, emails, and announcements.
Support video production efforts including scripting, filming coordination, and basic editing.
Assist in designing visual assets for internal use (e.g., event posters, presentation slides).
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of internal events such as town halls, leadership events, and employee engagement activities
Coordinate and support event logistics, including venue booking, vendor liaison, materials preparation and on-site support, ensuring seamless execution.
Internal Communications Support:
Assist in drafting, editing and publishing internal communication across various channels and help manage internal platforms including MFTVs, MFCentral, shared emails, and more.
Support the development of colleague campaigns and initiatives that align with business priorities and culture.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Communications team.
Administrative & Team Support:
Manage and organize meetings and calendars to ensure optimal time management.
Assist in designing visual assets for internal use (e.g., campaign visual assets, presentation slides) as needed.
Proactively prepare for upcoming meetings by planning and gathering required information and materials (e.g., CentComm, monthly reports and presentations).
Maintain filing, correspondence files, and other important documents.
Handle confidential information such as invoices and expenses with discretion.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experiences in the Communications, Public Relations or Marketing industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Strong execution skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and teams.
Excellent command of written English and Chinese.
