Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries related to reservations, ticketing, and loyalty program via phone, chat, or email
Provide assistance with flight reservation and ticketing, promote online self-service tools to enhance convenience, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage back-office support operations and improve service workflow
Requirements:
Permanent Hong Kong SAR Resident
Associate Degree Holder plus HKCEE with minimum 5 subjects pass (including English and Chinese Language at grade D or above) or HKDSE with minimum Level 2 in Five New Senior Secondary School subjects (Including English and Chinese Language at Level 3 or above)
Ability to adapt shift duty pattern
Skill Requirements: Language proficiency:
Excellent communication skills in spoken English, Putonghua, ensuring clear, concise and empathetic interactions with customers
Demonstrate typing skills with accuracy in grammar, spelling, and tone for both languages
Comfortable with various input methods: Proficient in using Traditional Chinese input methods, such as Cangjie, Zhuyin, and Pinyin, for fast and accurate communication
Customer Service Excellence:
Ability to quickly analyze, understand, and resolve customer queries, providing effective solutions in a timely manner
Address customer concerns with patience and empathy, resolving complaints and complex issues
Technical Skills:
Comfortable navigating and using a variety of software applications such as chat platforms, CRM systems, and other customer support tools for efficient service delivery
Commencing salary is over HK$15,000 after probation and will be commensurate with relevant experiences and qualifications.
