Job Responsibilities 工作職責:
- Handle all incoming calls and mails related to customer requests, enquires and etc.
- 處理所有與顧客要求、查詢等相關電話及電郵
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- 為顧客提供優質客戶服務
- Handle and support daily administrative work of the department
- 處理及支援部門日常行政工作
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required
- 處理部門主管委派工作
Job Requirements 職位要求:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above
- 中五 / HKDSE 畢業或以上
- Previous customer service experience preferred,Fresh graduates are welcome
- 具客戶服務經驗優先考慮,亦歡迎應屆畢業生
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese work processing
- 良好中文及英文讀寫能力; 熟悉電腦操作及中文打字
- Proactive, responsible, able to work independently with good telephone manners
- 主動、有責任心、能獨立工作及良好電話禮儀
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- 即時上班優先考慮
Working Hour 工作時間:
- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00; Alternate Saturday_ 09:00 – 16:00
- 星期一至五 09:00 – 18:00; 長短週_星期六 09:00 – 16:00
