- Answering calls of telephone hotline;

- Perform general clerical and administrative support;

Requirements:
- F5/DSE or equivalent;
- 中五/DSE 或以上程度;
- 3 years experience or above;
- 三年工作經驗或以上;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, proactive, patient and courteous;
- 優秀的人際溝通能力、電話禮儀、積極主動、耐心、有禮貌;
- Conscientious, responsible, mature, independent, able to work under pressure;
- 認真,有責任感,成熟穩重,獨立性強,能承受一定工作壓力;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Office, Chinese input and ERP;
- 精通 MS Word、Excel、Office、中文輸入及ERP;· F5 / DSE or equivalent;
- 3 years’ experience or above;
