Jobs duties:
Follow up after sales service issues
Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints
Supervise and manage customer service team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Work closely with technicians and management to steamline service delivery
Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure seamless service
Requirements:
Form 5/HKDSE or above holder in any related disciplines
5 years of solid working experience in Customer Service field
Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure steamline service
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, positive & helpful attitude
Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Office, Chinese input and ERP;
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese
