Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 & Alternate Sat 9:00-13:00
Responsibilities:
- Follow up after sales service issues
- Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints
- Supervise and manage customer service team to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Work closely with technicians and management to steamline service delivery
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure seamless service
Requirements:
- Form 5/HKDSE or above holder in any related disciplines
- 5 years of solid working experience in Customer Service field
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure steamline service
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, positive & helpful attitude
- Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Office, Chinese input and ERP;
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese
