The Job
- Perform defects checking for flat takeover and handover work of all newly built units;
- Monitor all defect rectification works are conducted on time, and ensure the company’s interest is protected at all times;
- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries and complaints, to ensure that all customers are well served promptly, courteously and professionally;
- Work with the various team in planning and implementing the handover of the new developments;
- Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties;
- Assist in managing sales arrangement and operation;
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
The Person
- Diploma holder or above with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in property takeover, handover and customer service.
- Experience in the handover of large-scale residential properties is a definite advantage.
- Dedicated to work, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Proficient PC skills in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
- 5.5 days work per week and shift duty required;
- Willing to work on irregular hours and weekends or public holidays as necessary.
