Responsibilities:
Handle clients' enquiries through email, and live chat in a professional manner.
Create sales order and provide sales support services to clients on daily FX and cross border payment logistics.
Handle account opening logistics in an efficient manner and in compliance with the regulated requirement.
Strong presentation, and client servicing skills.
Maintain up-to-date records to ensure that all contacts with prospective customers, issues, opportunities and competitive information are fully recorded and evaluated.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
At least 1 year's working experience.
Self-motivated, sociable and outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent communications, organizational, planning and people management skills.
Energetic and willing to work in a volatile environment.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
