Are you passionate about end user experience and want to put your exceptional customer service skills to use in a company that values FUN?We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic Deskside Consultant for our BC branch to work both onsite in Victoria! You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users’ queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.

• Assist end users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency
• Install applications and computer peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs

• 2-4 years of related experience
• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
Experience with the following:
• Supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role
• Microsoft Office 2010/2013/O365
• Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Remote support
• PC / printer hardware/VPN/Citrix
• Active Directory
• Supporting mobile devices
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers 
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Willingness and ability to carry a mobile phone for client and/or for Long View Systems support
