Job Duties:
- Maintaining smooth document control and administration procedure including coordination, monitoring and controlling the movement, filing and archiving of all project documents on site
- Updating electronic registers, data inputting and maintaining documents library, files/records
- Interfacing with relevant parties and tracking progress activity against approval programmes to meet construction milestones
- Provide administration and clerical support to daily business activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) and general computer knowledge
- Experience in using relevant Document Control Management System is preferred
- Experience in a site based environment for a contractor is an advantage
- Attention to details and good communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Document Controller
