About the role

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team at GL Technologies (Hong Kong) Limited. As an eCommerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our online business operations. This is a full-time position based in Sha Tin District.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility

• Optimize website performance, navigation, and user experience to enhance conversion rates

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing

• Analyze website analytics, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives

• Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably with Amazon experience

• Proven track record of driving successful eCommerce initiatives and improving key performance metrics

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, and email marketing

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret website analytics and customer data to inform strategic decisions

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
