Event Producer / Associate Producer

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and management of all production, technical and operational aspects of clients’ events from account servicing, managing project budget and timeline to implementing creative, technical, logistics elements and on-site executions
Executing events smoothly in achieving project target, to meet clients’ expectations and the company’s profit margin setting, communicating and maintaining priorities and deadlines on every project
Maintaining and developing client and vendor relationships
Develop proposals, contracts and quotations with clients; and negotiate contracts and invoices with vendors
Develop work plans and production schedules
Implement, execute event creative concepts, design, technical draw, floorplans and renderings with in-house designer
Floor Management and ensure program has been implemented according to plan
Managing and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, partners and all events logistics
Travelling to onsite inspections, manage venue built-out, overseeing setup overnight, dismantling and removal of the production and clear the venue efficiently
Troubleshooting on event day to ensure the event is executed successfully
Requirements:
University graduate in Event Management, Marketing or related field; or equivalent professional qualification
5 years of experience in Event or Marketing related field
Enthusiastic in executing a wide variety of events and promotions
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills to obtain the best price from venues, suppliers and contractors
Possession of technical knowledge
Possession of good people management / supervisory skills
Is self-motivated and a problem-solver
Time management skills and ability to work in a high-paced, high-pressure environment
Has a flexible, target-driven, proactive approach and attitude
Willingness to work additional hours and work on weekends as needed
Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
