Responsibilities :
Provide professional and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management
Responsible for handling travel arrangement and logistics, eg Air-tickets, accommodation and restaurants booking
Assist senior management to schedule meetings, prepare correspondences, reports, statistical summaries and proposals, take minutes, prepare presentation materials and handle confidential documents
Assist in expenses claims and reimbursement on timely basis
Coordinate and assist in company events and activities
Organize and maintain the filing system and storage of confidential documents
Responsible for high-level coordination with relevant internal and external parties
Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned as required Requirements :
University degree in Marketing, Communication or business related disciplines
3 years’ relevant working experience
Strong communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsible, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and attentive to details with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proactive and preemptive nature to manage a volatile and dynamic environment with proficient problem solving abilities
