Responsibilities:
Process daily accounting transactions (revenue, expenses, vendor invoices).
Assist in preparing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain documentation.
Assist with budgeting, audits, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (hospitality preferred; fresh graduates may apply).
Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
