Responsibilities:
- Perform a full spectrum of reception duties, including but not limited to greeting guests, handling telephone calls, and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area
- Provide the cashiering service
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Handle both internal and external mails, documents deliveries in a daily operation
- Ensure office security by adhering to safety protocols and managing access at the reception desk
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Experience with retail systems (such as POS) would be an advantage
- Excellent telephone manners with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in PC applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
