Guest Relations Officer (5 days work week) 客戶服務主任 (五天工作周)
Responsibilities:
Provide check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient manner- Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries
- Achieve high level of guest satisfactions in a courteous and friendly manner
- Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines- Relevant experience in hotel front desk /customer relationship;
- Presentable, service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Responsible, self-motivated and team player
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good PC Knowledge in MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Familiar with Opera PMS will be an advantage
- Immediate Availability preferred.

- 高效、準確地為賓客辦理入住及退房手續。
- 提供優質服務,妥善回應賓客查詢及需求。
- 以禮貌親切態度,致力提升賓客滿意度。
- 主動與酒店各部門保持順暢溝通,協調解決賓客及營運相關問題,確保服務流暢高效。
職位要求:
- 持有酒店管理或相關學科之文憑/證書。
- 具備酒店前台或賓客關係工作經驗。
- 具良好的服務態度、人際關係及溝通技巧。
- 積極主動、具責任感及團隊合作精神。
- 良好英語、普通話及廣東話。
- 熟練操作MS Word及中文輸入法。
- 具Opera或Shiji PMS系統經驗者優先。
- 可即時到職者優先考慮。
