Responsibilities
Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times
Be responsible for providing check-in and check-out
Respond to guest requests’ efficiently
Actively promote Hotel’s facilities and services
Establish great connection with guest to build up positive guest relationship
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
Willingness to take up challenges in different roles of front office operations (Front Desk / Residence Lounge)
Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System
