VEA Restaurant is a culinary destination where East meets West in a symphony of flavor, technique, and artistry. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our award-winning team and help shape the future of fine dining in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Support the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Assist in menu development and execution
Ensure smooth service and kitchen coordination
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens.
Relevant degree/ diploma and or culinary certificate.
Hygiene or food safety certification is an advantage.
Ability to track expenses and manage the budget.
Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
Quality-oriented team player, hard-working, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Capable of working in a fast-paced production environment
Fluent in Chinese and English.
