Job Description:

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food is produced and served to the restaurant’s standards

• Follow and enforce all recipes and standards of food production

• Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials

• Ensure daily orders are issued in a timely manner

• Assist in other sections as required

• Work closely with team members to ensure the cleanliness of kitchen area, equipment and utensils

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in fine dining or hotel

• Similar role experience required

• Good command in English is a must, Cantonese is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Flexible scheduling required
