Job Descriptions:
- Support HR Generalists in daily client service tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, responding to employee inquiries, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records for new hires, internal transfers, leaves of absence, and departures.
- Assist with HRIS implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as opportunities arise.
Job Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
