Assist in daily human resources routines and provide human resources administrative support
Prepare human resources related reports regularly
Assist in the enforcement of the Club and departmental policies and procedures
Assist in ad hoc HR assignments as required
Requirements
Diploma holder or above in related discipline
1 - 2 years related experience in supporting recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, staff activities and training programmes co-ordination, fresh graduates will be considered
Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded with can do attitude, interpersonal skills & high sense of confidentiality
Proficiency in computer software application
Proficiency in written & spoken English & Chinese
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
